1. ELIGIBILITY AND USER AGREEMENT
Age Requirement: Access to the platform and any subsequent transactions are strictly limited to individuals aged 18 or older (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).
Identity Verification: We reserve the right to conduct mandatory identity and age verification checks (KYC/ID verification) to comply with regulatory standards.
Accuracy of Information: Providing false, incomplete, or misleading data is strictly prohibited. You assume full legal responsibility for any consequences arising from inaccurate information.
Legal Capacity: By using our services, you represent that you have the full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
Platform Nature: entryfrag.org operates as an online marketplace facilitating the purchase, sale, and exchange of Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) in-game virtual items between users.
Fulfillment: Purchased items are delivered via Steam trade offers directly to the user’s linked account.
Role Limitation: We act solely as a technical facilitator; we do not host, create, or own the virtual items themselves.
Security Standards: All financial operations are managed through authorized and regulated third-party payment gateways.
3. ACCOUNT SECURITY AND ACCESS
Authentication: Registration and login are facilitated exclusively via the Steam OpenID service.
Confidentiality: You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.
Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or exhibit signs of fraudulent activity.
4. ORDERS AND PAYMENT TERMS
Payment Obligation: By submitting an order, you agree to pay the full price as shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes or service charges.
Processing Standards: Payments are handled by third-party providers in compliance with PCI DSS standards. AR NORDLINE LTD does not directly store or hold user funds.
Pricing: All prices are displayed in EUR (€) and are subject to adjustment without prior notice.
Prohibited Activity: Use of stolen or unauthorized payment methods will result in immediate transaction cancellation and referral to legal authorities.
Payment Disputes: You agree not to initiate unjustified or fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes. In the event of a chargeback or dispute, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, reverse transactions, withhold payouts, and recover any related costs, fees, or losses incurred as a result of such action.
5. ITEM DELIVERY PROTOCOLS
Mechanism: Items are transferred via Steam trade offer once payment is confirmed.
Timelines: Delivery typically occurs within 7 days. Technical delays may extend this window to 14 days, after which a full refund may be requested.
User Requirements: You must provide a valid Trade URL and ensure your Steam account is trade-eligible (active Steam Guard, public inventory, no bans).
6. LEGAL BASES FOR PROCESSING
We process personal data under the UK GDPR on the following bases:
Performance of Contract: To provide services, process orders, and deliver transactions.
Legal Obligation: To comply with AML/CTF, tax, fraud prevention, and other regulatory requirements.
Legitimate Interests: To ensure platform security, prevent fraud and abuse, and maintain and improve our services, where such interests do not override your rights.
7. PROFILING AND AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING
We may use automated systems, including profiling and risk-scoring mechanisms, to assess transactions and detect fraud, money laundering, or other suspicious activity.
Such processing may result in actions including transaction delays, requests for additional verification, enhanced due diligence checks, or refusal of transactions or services.
Where automated decision-making significantly affects you, you have the right to request human intervention, to express your point of view, and to contest the decision.
8. SELLING AND PAYOUT CONDITIONS
Service Fee: A 10% commission is applied to all successful sales on the platform.
Withdrawal Limits: Payouts may be requested within the range of 10 € (minimum) to 5,000 € (maximum).
Processing Time: Payouts are typically processed within 3–7 business days following successful item delivery and verification.
Risk Monitoring: All transactions are monitored for AML/KYC compliance. We reserve the right to withhold or cancel payouts if suspicious activity is identified.

Our services may not be available in specified jurisdictions above or to users subject to sanctions or legal restrictions.
9. REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND CANCELLATIONS
Statutory Waiver: By purchasing digital content for immediate delivery, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you thereby lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 once delivery has commenced.
Refund Eligibility: Digital items already accepted via Steam are generally non-refundable. Eligible refunds for undelivered items must be requested within 30 days.
Processing Window: Valid refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes: You agree not to initiate unjustified or fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes. In the event of a chargeback or dispute, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, reverse transactions, withhold payouts, and recover any related costs, fees, or losses incurred as a result of such action.
10. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
International Data Transfers: Your personal data may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries outside the United Kingdom or European Economic Area, including jurisdictions that may not provide the same level of data protection.
Safeguards: Where such transfers occur, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with UK GDPR, including the use of Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy regulations, or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
Service Providers: International transfers may occur through the use of third-party service providers such as payment processors, fraud prevention tools, analytics providers, and Steam/Valve systems where necessary for service delivery and transaction processing.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Proprietary Content: All logos, text, and code on entryfrag.org are owned by AR NORDLINE LTD or its licensors.
Third-Party Rights: Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) and related assets are trademarks of Valve Corporation. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Valve.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, AR NORDLINE LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
Service Disruptions: We are not responsible for delays, interruptions, or failures caused by third-party services, including but not limited to Steam, payment processors, or network/API outages.
Trade and Market Risks: We are not liable for failed, delayed, or reversed trades, nor for fluctuations in the value or availability of virtual items.
Aggregate Liability: Our total liability arising out of or in connection with the services shall be limited to the total amount paid by the user for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
13. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Complaints: Formal issues should be sent to info@entryfrag.org. We aim to resolve all complaints within 14 business days.
